Please note that our pieces are made to order, which means it takes us about 4 weeks from the date of confirmation to ship them.The delivery time is about 4-5 days once shipped. While we currently only ship within India, we're working hard to expand our reach and set up international shipping in the near future. Returns & Cancellations:
At Gradient India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping or handling fees.
